It’s 1974, and, at the world’s second-most prestigious science-fiction convention, Milton Ziemanskye and Harvey Cohen, the world’s most overlooked authors, wander the corridors of the Baltimore Regency, looking for a party. And not just any party, but the fabled Loser’s Party, where booze and bohemia awaits.

Along their way they meet a cast of interesting and possibly imagined characters.
